Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

How to Complete Your Return

To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are given, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or records
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of your return status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank for further processing details.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will provide a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you after the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the gift giver will receive the refund.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
